Frepan Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure. It is a prescription medicine. This medicine works by preventing the activity of certain natural substances that tighten the blood vessels which results in decreased blood pressure. This medicine helps by making blood flowing smoothly and the heart to pump more effectively. Frepan is also used to treat heart failure in patients with reduced heart muscle function (left ventricular systolic dysfunction).
