Lipewin H Tablet is a prescription medicine that is used to treat an essential high blood pressure condition in patients who are suffering from the state of uncontrolled blood pressure on losartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone. Hydrochlorothiazide works by eliminating the excess of water, sodium and potassium salts from the kidney and losartan works by preventing the activity of certain natural substances that tighten the blood vessels which results in decreased blood pressure. Lipewin H Tablet is also used to reduce the risk of stroke and high blood pressure conditions in patients with enlarged heart (left ventricular hypertrophy).
